Each module of the programme Managing Power Company And Power Holding consists of four levels which suit participants with various qualifications:

Level 1: Introduction Into the Subject, Terminology And Main Concepts

The first level of each module is an online training course. It contains a set of study materials that provide basic knowledge of the chosen subject. The materials are developed by instructors from European educational institutions and are provided in the form of electronic study books, presentations and video lectures, which can be downloaded from Premium Vektor website.

Level 2: Mastering Major Business Aspects In the Power Sector

The second level of the programme is targeted at company heads who already have certain knowledge of the chosen subject. Participation in the Level 2 training will allow heads of companies to broaden their knowledge of the sector, gain a better understanding of energy markets and power companies mechanisms, as well as master new managerial skills.

This training course is delivered by representatives of leading consulting companies, financial institutions and power companies. The training course can be conducted as a public subscription one at a venue provided by Premium Vektor; at request it can be tailored specifically for a client and conducted at his venue.

Level 3: Learning Best Practices In Managing International Power Business

The third level is designed for managers and specialists who have a deep knowledge of the chosen subject and intend to get unique competitive advantages having mastered advanced managerial practices, which are not widely known yet. The third level of each module allows getting new knowledge of world markets of infrastructure finance and mastering skills necessary to manage a transnational power holding. 

Premium Vektor conducts Level 3 trainings in the form of visiting events, during which European and Asian analytic agencies, commodity and raw materials exchanges, power and stock exchanges, power enterprises are visited. At request the training can be conducted at company's premises, which may impose some restrictions on the practical exercises. 

Level 4: Exchanging Experience With Company Managers From Europe And Asia

The fourth level of the educational programme is aimed at top managers of power companies and is conducted in the form of a visit of a company delegation to European and Asian financial, trade, scientific and research institutions and productions companies. Direct experience exchange with foreign colleagues allows getting a pictorial view of modern managerial technologies and establishing business contacts with organisations that are interesting for the client.

Premium Vektor organises business trips for experience exchange with partners in the fuel and energy complex and infrastructure finance in Europe, the Middle East, China and Asian Pacific. Premium Vektor offers its clients services in finding organisations that operate in the area interesting for the clients and getting preliminary agreements for experience exchange with those organisations on behalf of its clients.
